Question:  Do you have gift certificates available?

Answer: Digital Gift certificates are available and can be purchased here.

Question:  How do I schedule sessions with a specific staff member?

Answer: You can book appointments with requested staff members here.

Question:  What is a VIP Client?

Answer:  New clients can enjoy the benefits of discounted session rates by purchasing our recurring monthly subscription renewals. Sign up as a VIP Personal Training Client and/or a VIP Private Client and save on regular session rates.

Question:  What happens to my remaining sessions if I cancel my monthly VIP Client subscription?

Answer:  All VIP clients will have 1 year from the date of cancellation to schedule and redeem any remaining sessions in their VIP Client account. Any remaining sessions not scheduled within the 12 month timeframe will be forfeited after 1 year from date of cancellation has lapsed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Question:  Can I freeze my VIP Client subscription?

Answer:  VIP Client accounts may request a one-time 3 month freeze from monthly subscription fees. Any remaining sessions can still be scheduled and redeemed.

Question:  Can I cancel and restart my VIP Client subscription at a later date?

Answer:  VIP Client accounts may cancel their subscriptions at anytime. Restarting VIP Client subscriptions after cancellation will reset all VIP Client Account rates to the current monthly subscription rates at the time of restart. Any remaining sessions must be scheduled and redeemed within 1 year from the date of cancellation to avoid session forfeiture and before reset and restart of any VIP Client accounts.
